Job description

The Employment and Service Team service provides a range of workshops to people who access our service, ranging from stress management, employment skills, IAG service and many more... Do you have a passion to support others learning? Do you have strong IT skills and enjoy reading?

Ensuring that course participants have relevant course materials and information
Assisting the Lead Worker/ trainer in course delivery
Collecting participants questionnaires and recording information, alerting trainer to any
Keeping the Adviser/ Trainer informed of any individual conversations you have with participants during the course
Assisting with course evaluation
