What you will be doing: Looking after our wonderful staff to help them look after our very wonderful volunteers.
You will provide operational HR support, including managing recruitment activity, employee relations cases, developing training and coaching and advice for managers. You will also put in place essential HR infrastructure, for example, policies, procedures, letter templates, job descriptions, and an employee handbook. A key priority will be the development of a performance management process.
Where & how: Ideally you would be comfortable with both working from home and with coming into our premises in Victoria, to work alongside our employee team.
