We are a young anti-bullying charity registered in the UK and Italy. As we are expanding very quickly we are in the process of recruiting volunteers, therefore seeking individuals with HR and Recruitment experience.
 

Volunteer Roles

  • HR/Recruitment Advisor
  • HR Policy Lead 
  • Learning & Development Lead 

What will you be doing?

We are looking for professionals to join recruitment/ employment contract & policies/ learning and development

You'll provide HR advice and support across the organisation, leading on HR projects and striving for continuous improvements in HR practices.

At present, this is a standalone role within the organisation with a varied and interesting workload, so you'll need to be willing and capable of taking ownership and working independently.

As well as the day-to-day work, there are often numerous projects underway at any one time

What are we looking for?

We are looking for someone with human resources or recruiting background willing to dedicate their time to our mission. Someone emphatic and easy-going, committed to doing good for the community.

For the team lead role, we are seeking applicants with prior leadership skills

An offer to volunteer is subject to safer recruitment practices which include a DBS check, a professional reference acceptable to We Are Stronger Charity, proof of qualifications, proof of immigration status, proof of personal address and employment history covering 5 years.
