Time Commitment: 4 hours minimum per week (plus any more time you are able to offer)
Main Purpose of the Job
To create interesting, fun and engaging blog content that inspires people to take action that will help to make a better world.
Overview of the Role & Team
As part of the Blogging Team, this position will involve working with other members of the Team as well as independently to generate content for the organisation’s blog. There will also be the opportunity to work collaboratively with people from across the organisation to create output that is crucial in increasing awareness of the organisation as well as enabling people to take social action.
Explore interesting and innovative content ideas.
Create fun and engaging blog content.
Create a content schedule with content posted regularly.
Engage with NGOs from around the world to develop content.
Engage with inspiring people from around the world supporting specific causes.
Excellent writing skills.
Ability to think creatively.
Experience writing a blog or similar content is desirable.
Multi-tasking ability and a flexible approach to work.
The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
