Job description

We are looking to appoint someone with HR experience who is able to commit to providing consistency to the Senior HR Officer role. 

The role of the Senior HR Officer:

  • To provide training and guidance to HR volunteers 
  • To support the HR Manager
  • To help in developing the HR functions
  • To provide general supervision support and occasionally carry out tasks across recruitment, admin, volunteer relations and learning & development 

Role requirements:

  • HR experience
  • Able to provide guidance and support to others in HR
  • Good management skills 
  • Good communications skills 
  • Good IT skills
