Who we are
The Chester & Stoke-on-Trent Methodist District covers a wide geographical area from Chester and Runcorn in the north down to Market Drayton and Stoke-on-Trent in the south. To the west we touch on Wales and to the east, the Staffordshire Moorlands. Our people live, worship, and serve in cities, towns, villages and rural communities across Cheshire, Staffordshire and Shropshire.
The District is home to the Englesea Brook Primitive Methodist Chapel & Museum as well as nurturing New Places for New People as we seek to find fresh ways of being church.
In all things we are seeking to fulfill our calling as Methodist people through worship, learning, caring, service to others and evangelism.
