Who we are
FareShare Greater Manchester is a leading member of the UK’s largest food charity, FareShare. Located in East Manchester and run locally by EMERGE 3Rs, we get good food to over 250 frontline charities, community groups and schools on a daily basis. In 2020, we doubled out outputs in response to Covid-19 distributing nearly 4,000 tonnes of food. Now we are preparing to make the move to a new warehouse that will enable us to get even more food to people in need, whilst reducing the impact of food waste on our environment.
