Who we are
TESYouth is a Social Enterprise and NFP organisation and stands for; Training, Employment Opportunities & Social Development for Young People. Our aim is to tackle and reduce youth unemployment by equipping and empowering them.
TESYouth has a particular focus on young people aged 18 to 26 in London in particular the disadvantaged, those who are Not in Education, Employment or Training and those with few skills and qualifications.
We are dedicated to make a big difference in society. Our mission is to reduce the number of young people out of work by providing them with the necessary tools to develop skills, aptitudes, knowledge and self-confidence through workshops, mentoring and work experience so the participants might overcome the barriers they face in obtaining secure employment or self-employment.
Our goal is to remove the obstacles blocking young people from utilising their skills and talents and to encourage them to participate positively in their communities.
TESYouth helps change the lives of young people by providing transferable skills, running youth activities, providing expert advice, peer mentoring, business introductions, workshops, trainings, work-experience and internship.
