Who should attend this course?

This course is ideal for Managers, Behaviour Management Co-ordinators and Buddies. If you are responsible for coaching and mentoring staff that support children with challenging behaviour, you should also attend this course. You must have a basic understanding of Behaviour Management.

What will I learn?

You will gain an understanding of how to support and inspire staff to support children with behavioural challenges. Roles and responsibilities will be explored in conjunction with knowing your expectations as a BM co-ordinator, to provide you with the tools to challenge staff’s thinking.
