Overview

This course identifies key project management skills required by humanitarian workers and will not only give participants an understanding of project management theories and techniques but will also equip them with tools and techniques crucial for managing projects successfully in emergency situations. It covers the following topics:

  • Project cycle management

  • Project management tools and techniques

  • Financial management

  • Monitoring and evaluation

  • Needs assessments and analysis

  • Logical framework

  • Resource management

Who?

The course is primarily aimed at humanitarian workers who do, or will have, a project management role.

How much?

£75 (or PHP 4877) per person. Price includes course fee, workbook and course materials, lunch, and coffee breaks everyday. It does not include transport or accommodation. The deadline to apply to the course is 30th October 2019.
