Overview

This course covers the many rules and regulations associated with USAID funding, through the lens of NGOs based outside of the US that receive US Government funding, either directly or as a sub-award. If you work for or partner with such an NGO, this highly participatory course provides the knowledge and skills you need to effectively respond to the challenges in managing your awards and ensuring compliant project implementation. Facilitated by an experienced team of senior practitioners, this workshop has been completed by thousands of development professionals around the world. Attendees consistently evaluate the learning they receive in this course as “excellent,” “effective,” and “fun.” While the focus of this workshop is USAID funding for grants and cooperative agreements, it also provides a good foundation for understanding funding from other US Government agencies.
