Overview

Workplace Mediation skills is a six-day course teaching both the theory and practice using the facilitative mediation process. This highly-interactive course will equip delegates with the skills necessary to become an effective workplace mediator, making them a valuable in-house or external resource for employers. Its realistic, practical approach with plenty of opportunity to try out new skills, enables delegates to experience the role of mediator as it would feel in their organisation.
