As our Marketing Executive (Mass Fundraising Acquisition), you’ll play a vital role in delivering sector-leading, multi-channel campaigns that inspire thousands of new supporters to join our cause.
This is an exciting opportunity to work across Individual Giving products (Regular Giving and Lotteries), Legacies, and Events, helping shape acquisition plans and deliver marketing propositions that drive income and engagement. You’ll start by focusing on One-Off and Regular Giving, before rotating into other areas, giving you exposure to a wide range of fundraising products.
What you’ll do:
- Deliver impactful marketing campaigns that attract and engage thousands of new supporters.
- Build strong relationships with agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless campaign delivery.
- Work across diverse media channels, including TV, audio,paid search (PPC), social, and gaming, to maximise reach and impact.
- Support the execution of large-scale and always-on campaigns, ensuring they meet agreed targets and KPIs.
- Monitor performance, analyse results, and turn insights into actionable improvements.
- Assist with campaign management, reporting, and administration to keep everything running smoothly.
Most importantly, you’ll put supporters at the heart of everything we do, creating experiences that make them feel valued and motivated to continue funding lifesaving research.
About You
Ideally, you’ll have marketing experience and bring a solid understanding of marketing channels and how to use them to engage and inspire supporters. Experience delivering marketing projects or multi-channel campaigns will help you hit the ground running, but we’re open to those with the right skills and mindset.
You’re highly organised and solution-focused, thriving under pressure and meeting deadlines with ease. Your proactive approach to problem-solving, combined with strong relationship-building skills, enables you to work effectively with internal teams and external suppliers to deliver high-quality campaigns.
You’ll bring:

As our Case Study Operations Manager, you’ll ensure British Heart Foundation (BHF) has a reliable, compliant, and clinically appropriate pipeline of patient stories to support campaigns, fundraising, media, and policy.
In this role, you’ll pivot our ‘Heart Stories’ function to operate as a service delivery team, acting as a casting agent for outward-facing teams.

About you
You'll bring experience managing data or content systems (such as CRM or DAM platforms), and experience introducing or managing workflow and project management tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana to streamline operations. You'll have experience leading and developing a team in a dynamic service delivery context, guiding others to achieve high standards in patient communications.
We are looking for someone who has a degree or equivalent qualification in health communications, health journalism, or a related field, or equivalent experience. You'll be confident with medical and clinical terminology and demonstrate a strong grasp of health literacy principles.

About The Role
As our Merchandise Assistant you will support the Furniture & Electrical (F&E) Team helping manage our product and range’s life cycle all the way from initial planning all the way through to store distribution and trading.
In this role, you will produce and maintain purchase orders while analysing historical data to inform the buying strategy and prepare for review meetings. Formulate accurate proposals for range planning and provide essential insights into store, supplier, and product performance to the wider team.
You will liaise with stakeholders both internally and externally, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration. Preparing weekly reports and analysis and ensure department objectives are met, whilst maintaining department files and documentation, responding to store queries as required.
About You
You’ll have previous merchandising experience gained in a retail Head Office environment with strong commercial awareness. You'll also have experience as an experienced Admin Assistant/MAA looking for the next step.
With strong analytical skills and be highly numerate, you’ll be IT proficient with strong systems and Microsoft Excel skills.
A team player, you'll have strong communication skills and the ability to build excellent relationships with people across the organisation. You'll be highly organised and able to manage a range of tasks with competing deadlines.

With your strong front-end development skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), you’ll design and implement A/B and multivariate tests that shape how people interact with our online platforms. You’ll take visual briefs, analyse requirements, build front-end experiences within our testing tools and oversee the successful launch and monitoring of each test.
About you
As an experienced developer, you’ll deliver a spectrum of digital experiences, ranging from simple optimisations to complex, multi-page experiments. You’ll work together with UX/UI designers, bringing ideas to life while working within a design system—and always with a keen eye on accessibility and best UX practices. You’ll serve as the go-to technical expert for our CRO team, translating briefs into robust solutions, meeting requirements, and providing trusted advice on feasibility, best practice, and timelines. Over time, you’ll master our testing tools, ensuring seamless test setup and rollout.
Your attention to detail and knowledge of QA means every user gets an optimal experience, regardless of device or browser. As our Lead Learning & Development Specialist you’ll support BHF in the successful delivery of this organisational wide Enterprise Foundations programme.
You’ll lead, design, manage and evaluate engaging learning experiences that will enable colleagues to enhance their skills. Helping colleagues to adopt changes to key systems and processes within BHF, as well as ways of working and culture, you’ll stay ahead of the curve and will, ultimately, help BHF to achieve our transformation goals.

This is a blended role, where your work will be dual located between your home and our London Office.

About you
Experienced in designing and delivering complex learning programmes for both technical skills (e.g. Microsoft Dynamics, Azure, Power BI) and behavioural skills (e.g. communication), you’ll have previously experience managing complex learning programmes with multiple audiences, workstreams and stages, as well as experience in developing online learning resources and delivering virtual learning experiences.
You’ll be an all-round L&D Specialist but who has experience with technical training and can understand/pick up new tech quickly, able to work directly with subject matter experts and not get overwhelmed by the jargon.
To be successful in this role you’ll:
- Be able to advise, influence, interact and willingness to constructively challenge at all levels
- Understand the needs of a commercial business and can probe and analyse training requests
- Have excellent project management and organisational skills and the ability to be driven and self-motivated when working remotely
- Be able to confidently lead on projects and see them through from beginning to end
- Have strong interpersonal and relationship building skills, adept at managing a wide range of stakeholders and work collaboratively as part of a team

About the role
As our Call Centre Sales Team Leader, you’ll lead, motivate and develop a high-performing team responsible for supporting the delivery of ambitious fundraising income targets and driving medical device sales (e.g., defibrillators).
Key responsibilities:
- Stewardship Leadership: Implement plans to deliver a stewardship programme that engages, encourages and informs BHF supporters in respect of fundraising specifically in relation to Events. Identify and cultivate new fundraising opportunities and regular giving opportunities.
- Medical Device Sales: Lead the team in promoting and selling medical devices (such as defibrillators) to both B2B and B2C customers, across multiple channels supporting both income generation and health impact.
- People Management: Manage, motivate, and develop team members through regular 1:1s, appraisals, and professional development plans. Foster a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Plan and allocate work to achieve objectives and service levels.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with donors, customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Reporting & Compliance: Produce regular reports on income, sales, and team performance. Ensure accurate data entry and management in CRM and sales systems. Maintain compliance with charity law, medical device regulations, and internal policies
We are looking to start someone in this role as soon as possible.

This is a hybrid role, where your work will be split between your home and at least one day per week, on average, in our Birmingham Office (B37 7YE). This may vary from time to time, so you will need to work in a flexible way to unlock your best work for our cause.
Currently, the team typically go into the office once a week on Wednesday.
Working hours are between 09:00am – 07:00pm, subject to business needs. Normal working hours are 09:00am to 05:00pm - Monday to Friday with flexibility to work Saturdays and 11:00am - 07:00pm during peak event season.
