About the role
You will be using your analytical skills and commercial experience to help Macmillan reach everybody who needs our help, deliver the best possible services and support our fundraising. You’ll work closely with colleagues in Insight and Performance and across the organisation to understand the needs and questions of the organisation and deliver analysis to optimise and improve our marketing, service performance and fundraising.
About you
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following skills and experience:
- Strong analytical skills, ideally including experience with SQL and Python to work with data and develop analytical models.
- Experience of using analysis to drive efficiencies and value across a range of areas – ideally including marketing, fundraising or service operations.
- A track record of finding opportunities to utilise analysis, models or AI techniques to deliver value, supporting organisational objectives.
- Comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders and explaining complex data and analytical techniques to a non-technical audience; able to draw out the key questions that need to be answered and identify where the value of analysis sits.
- Experience of working with complex data environments with varying data quality and able to deliver reliable outcomes from these.

Customer Feedback Case Officer

About the role
In this role you will have an opportunity to champion and deliver an unrivalled experience to all customers, leading on handling complaints, feedback and compliments across all channels, in accordance with Macmillan’s values, regulatory requirement policies and standards.
You will produce analysis on feedback, identify trends and share opportunities for improvement to the process.
A significant part of your role will be building effective relationships with internal colleagues and external agencies on behalf of Macmillan to ensure accurate, appropriate and full responses are provided to complainants in line with agreed SLAs.
About you
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following skills and experience:
- Experience of customer care or customer relations and resolution management
- A good understanding of GDPR guidelines
- The ability to produce a range of detailed written communications
- A sound working knowledge of IT systems such as Microsoft Office, CRM as well as databases in order to extract and manipulate data

About the role
Do you have a passion for building long term relationships and working on award winning partnerships? Would you like to help manage partnerships that not only raise income but also make a significant impact on people living with cancer? If so, this could be the role for you.
The Corporate Partnerships team has an exciting opportunity for a Corporate Partnerships Officer to support with the delivery of a range of key corporate partnerships within the Partnership Management team and directly manage allocated smaller relationships and projects to drive income and maximise the value to Macmillan.
This is a rare opportunity to work with several recognised household brands and exciting campaigns such as Coffee Morning and Mighty Hikes. You’ll be immersed into the brands and partners we work with every day and receive training and guidance on Corporate Partnerships, where you will meet lots of great people, both internally and externally.
The Corporate Partnerships team generates over £15m+ per year and those vital funds from corporates help people living with cancer every day. By working with some of our biggest partners you will see the direct impact of our income, which goes to fund nurses, our support line, and bespoke projects in communities to support people living with cancer.
About you
