Our squadron is run entirely by committed volunteers who lead activities, mentor cadets, and help organise events, camps, and flying opportunities. At 1175 (Prenton) Squadron, and throughout the RAF Air Cadets, we believe in respect, responsibility, and opportunity for all. We foster a positive, inclusive environment where young people and volunteers are encouraged to challenge themselves, support one another, and grow into confident, capable individuals.

We lead by example – promoting teamwork, resilience, and leadership through adventure, aviation, and service.
