Apart of Me

Who we are

We provide critical early intervention and unique tools for people aged 11-25, allowing them to process their bereavement, feel empowered through co-designing grief support resources for other young bereaved people like them, while also developing the skills to support others and become change makers in their communities.

Our free Apart of Me app helps transform their grief through our ground-breaking therapeutic mobile game, which translates established bereavement-counselling techniques into a magical, interactive 3D world, alongside a range of other vital peer support services we provide. We also have a 12-week programme that we deliver in schools and online resources created by young people for young people.

We're a fully remote team, working hard to create a place where people can do their best work, develop personally and professionally, and feel rewarded by positively impacting the lives of young people in need.
