Who we are

Since 2006, Arrival Education has been a pioneer in the field of social mobility. Our programmes for young people from disadvantaged communities have transformed life outcomes for over 3,500 young people aged 14-18 across London.

By focusing on equipping young people with the real skills, knowledge and insight needed for success in work and life, and which formal education does not necessarily teach, we have helped the young people on our programmes become leaders in their communities and at home, secure top jobs and become happier, more self-aware and self-determining young adults.

Key to our approach is long-term, meaningful and high impact relationships with leading corporate partners who want to make a difference, give staff new skills and change the profile of their workforce to become more diverse. They do this through workshops and programmes (mainly in their company) which partner them with our young talent, to the benefit of all involved.
