About us
Who we are
Be Free Campaign is a youth-led mental health charity working across the UK to empower young people through early intervention, lived experience, and culturally aware support. We provide educational programmes, personalised interventions, and community-based services to help young people understand mental health, challenge stigma, and build resilience.
Our culture and values
We are passionate, inclusive, and youth-driven. We believe in equity, kindness, and the power of lived experience. Our culture encourages open dialogue, continuous learning, and genuine community engagement. We value collaboration, innovation, and a trauma-informed approach in everything we do.
Equality, diversity and inclusion policy
Be Free Campaign is committed to building an inclusive environment where all staff, volunteers, and service users feel respected and empowered. We actively work to dismantle structural inequalities and centre the voices of those often marginalised in mental health spaces, particularly young people from ethnically diverse and underserved communities.
