Who we are

Be Free Campaign is a youth-led mental health charity working across the UK to empower young people through early intervention, lived experience, and culturally aware support. We provide educational programmes, personalised interventions, and community-based services to help young people understand mental health, challenge stigma, and build resilience.

We actively work to dismantle structural inequalities and centre the voices of those often marginalised in mental health spaces, particularly young people from ethnically diverse and underserved communities.
