About us
Who we are
Birmingham Education Partnership (BEP) is a charity launched in 2013 by Birmingham Headteachers to secure a deeply good education for every child in Birmingham addressing the social and the civic as well as the academic needs of our children. It seeks to ensure that no school is left isolated, schools support each other, and that all schools have access to a broad range of school improvement support.
Equality, diversity and inclusion policy
Birmingham Education Partnership is committed to promoting equality of opportunity for all staff and job applicants. We recognise that institutionalised and systemic inequalities contribute to poor outcomes for groups of learners in schools and undermine community cohesion. We aim to support schools in managing and celebrating diversity well and through all our activity BEP is committed to the championing of a fair and cohesive city.
Birmingham Education Partnership is committed to the fair treatment of its staff, potential staff or users of its services, regardless of race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, responsibilities for dependants, age, physical/mental disability or background.
