Who we are
We are a community Interest Company providing affordable online counselling for adults 18 years and over. Students, carers, refugees/asylum seekers, migrants, single parents, black and ethnic minority groups and those on low income.
Dealing with anxiety, depression, bereavement, domestic abuse, trauma, relationship issues and other mild to moderate mental health difficulties.
Our vision is to see a world where everyone has access to psychological support and counselling when they need it.
Our mission is to empower individuals so that they can improve their well-being.
We work with trainee and qualified counsellors and supervisors.
