Brigantia Learning Trust

Who we are

Brigantia Learning Trust serves a diverse and vibrant community of over 4,000 students, supported by more than 500 dedicated staff across Sheffield. Our academies span every stage of a young person’s educational journey arriving in nursery, aged 2, before progressing through one of our Primary, All-through or Secondary academies and then embarking on their Post 16 journey in our dedicated 16-19 academy. In addition, we operate three alternative provision centres commissioned by the Local Authority and 4 integrated resource provisions, enabling us to provide tailored support for students who need it most.

• Mission - To improve life chances and secure social mobility and justice for children, young people and their families with the communities we serve.
• Vision - To ‘Create Excellence Together through a culture of care’ in every phase of a learners’ journey from 2-19.
• Values - As a mixed phase academy trust that serves children and young people from the age of 2-19, we are united in our values of ‘ambition, care, confidence, creativity, integrity and respect’.  (these are in orange on the values wheel). 

These values are to be firmly embedded within all trust academies to be personalised by leaders, staff, parents and our young people.
