About us
Who we are
The British Chiropractic Association (BCA) is the largest and longest-established chiropractic membership organisation in the UK, supporting chiropractors at every stage of their professional journey.
We exist to help our members thrive by providing professional support, continuing professional development, guidance, advocacy and a strong professional community. We work closely with universities, students, new graduates, clinic owners and experienced practitioners to strengthen and grow the profession.
As a member-led organisation, we're passionate about championing chiropractic, supporting professional excellence and helping shape a positive future for the profession.
Our culture and values
At the British Chiropractic Association, we believe in the power of professional community. We are committed to supporting chiropractors at every stage of their career and helping the profession thrive for the benefit of patients and society.
Our work is guided by collaboration, integrity and a commitment to continuous improvement. We value positive relationships, open communication and bringing people together to share ideas, experiences and expertise.
As a small, remote team, we work flexibly and supportively. We trust our colleagues to take ownership of their work, focus on outcomes and contribute wherever needed. We value people who are proactive, solutions-focused and willing to roll up their sleeves to help the team succeed.
Above all, we believe that by working together, supporting one another and remaining focused on our shared purpose, we can make a meaningful difference to the profession and the communities it serves.
Equality, diversity and inclusion policy
The British Chiropractic Association is committed to creating an inclusive, respectful and supportive working environment where everyone is treated fairly and with dignity.
We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all suitably qualified candidates regardless of age, disability, gender reassignment, marriage and civil partnership, pregnancy and maternity, race, religion or belief, sex or sexual orientation.
We are committed to making recruitment and employment decisions based on skills, experience, potential and performance. We strive to ensure our recruitment processes are fair, accessible and free from discrimination, and we are happy to discuss reasonable adjustments for candidates throughout the recruitment process.
