About us
Who we are
We are a small but well-established Registered Provider of supported housing for single homeless people in Greenwich, Bexley, Dartford, Croydon and Merton, with 254 units of accommodation. We are also a registered charity.
We work with clients with a range of support needs: this includes people recovering from mental illness and addictions , periods rough sleeping and homeless people released from prison, as well as refugees and people fleeing domestic abuse.
We have a well-established referral partnership with the homelessness services at these boroughs, as well as Crisis, St Mungo's NSNO, Glass Door, the Refugee Council , SPEAR and many other frontline referral agencies .
Our services include 24 hour projects and visiting support. We provide person-centred support with the focus on supporting clients towards becoming as independent as possible.
Our culture and values
We believe in the transformational power of person-centred keyworking and keep caseloads at a manageable level so that our project workers can dedicate as much time as possible to each client.
We are an active signatory to the Greenwich Sanctuary Project https://greenwich.cityofsanctuary.org/ and we believe this reflects our inclusive values
We cast a wide net to work in partnership with agencies who can support our clients to develop meaningful independence.
A good example of this was our work in Croydon in 2024 to partner with the council and with Greater Change - https://www.greaterchange.co.uk/this-is-greater-change - unlocking funding for our clients to access a brilliant range of opportunities , such as setting up their own arts and crafts business.
Equality, diversity and inclusion policy
We have a brilliantly diverse workforce that reflects the demographics of the 5 South London boroughs where we work, including at a management level.
