Charity Action Recruitment was established in 1997 to meet the growing demand from not-for-profit organisations for highly skilled and motivated staff. Our mission is to match skilled, professional people with appropriate career opportunities in the most efficient and cost-effective manner. We interview and if appropriate test every candidate before they are registered on our substantial database as we realise getting to know people helps us to find the "right fit" for both clients and candidates. Charity Action Recruitment also offers a direct online advertising service, where charities can advertise their own vacancies directly through our website.
