Who we are

Citizens Advice in West Sussex (North, South, East) is a registered charity providing free, independent, impartial, confidential advice, to help people resolve their legal, money and other problems. We also influence policymakers to change policies and practices. We provide information and advice by email, telephone, web chat and operate a drop in service in our advice centres. We have seven offices located in Burgess Hill, Crawley, East Grinstead, Haywards Heath, Horsham, Shoreham-by-Sea and Worthing. We also operate outreach services and details of these can be found on our website.
