Who we are
The Citizens Advice service provides free, independent, impartial and confidential advice to everyone on their rights and responsibilities. It values diversity, promotes equality and challenges discrimination.
At Citizens Advice Watford, our team of 40 plus highly trained volunteers provides face to face and telephone advice and information to members of the local community. Our volunteers come from all walks of life, and their roles include administrators, advisers, gateway assessors and receptionists. We are a busy, dynamic service, with challenging and rewarding opportunities where volunteers can learn and enhance their knowledge and skills at the same time as helping people in their community.
