Our culture and values

As a community that believes in the inherent value of each and every individual, we have a special gift for hospitality. By welcoming each person in their uniqeness, full flourishing at every level is promoted according to their needs. We make values-based judgements, and think deeply about our programmes and activities. We want all people to accept one another for who they are and build positive relationships with others. Recognised as midwives of all vocations we promote bridebuilding and experiences of communion whereever possible.

Equality, diversity and inclusion policy

The community is already multicultural and has a wide range of life experiences. It is this very diversity that makes our charity attractive and enables it to do more and better in support of our beneficiaries. Every new team member brings something we’ve not had before, and we welcome and celebrate all our differences. We value the contribution that talented and committed people, with different life experiences and abilities may be able to make in the life and work of the Community.
We want you to be able to use your talents. By making adjustments and including all our team members we enable people to bring their best; and their best means better outcomes for us as a charity.
