Who we are

An innovative housing association with strong social values, we are committed to the continuing transformation of Castle Vale. As a resident led organisation, our style is informal and customer focused. We manage 2,400 homes on the regenerated Castle Vale Estate, and are also responsible for a range of initiatives to support and sustain the community. These include a charitable community development subsidiary (Castle Vale Community Regeneration Services) and the hosting and support of the Castle Vale Neighbourhood Partnership Board.
