About us
Who we are
Diver’s Community CIC supports individuals experiencing homelessness and rough sleeping across Birmingham. We work directly with people who are facing tough times, whether that’s homelessness or challenges with mental health and wellbeing, offering practical help, encouragement, and a friendly face.
When you join us, you become part of a warm, passionate community that genuinely wants to make a difference. We offer a supportive environment, opportunities to learn and grow, and a chance to play a meaningful role in shaping a CIC that’s all about compassion, dignity and hope.
As a non-profit, we rely on the time, care, and energy of our volunteer team. We helped 800 people last year alone, and with the ongoing economic crisis, the need for our work continues to grow.

Equality, diversity and inclusion policy
Divers Community’s CIC focuses on creating a safe, respectful and inclusive environment for all service users and volunteers.
The organisation promotes equal access to opportunities and services regardless of protected characteristics, actively celebrates diversity, and works to remove barriers that may prevent individuals from participating fully.
Divers Community also maintains a zero-tolerance approach to discrimination, harassment and bullying, and ensures all volunteers are trained to uphold inclusive practices.
