About us
Who we are
Earth Trust is a charity working to connect people with nature and care for the land in Oxfordshire. For over 40 years, we have managed beautiful landscapes, supported nature-friendly farming, and created opportunities for people of all ages to access, enjoy and learn from the natural world.
We look after significant areas of farmland, woodland and nature-rich spaces, delivering conservation, education, wellbeing and community programmes alongside a growing visitor offer at our Centre near Wittenham Clumps. As we look ahead, we are entering an exciting phase of development, creating a Gateway to Nature that will welcome more people, strengthen our financial resilience, and enable long-term benefits for nature and communities.
Our culture and values
Earth Trust is a collaborative, values-led organisation, bringing together staff, volunteers, partners and supporters who are united by a shared commitment to nature, learning and positive change.
Equality, diversity and inclusion policy
At Earth Trust, we want everyone to feel welcome, valued and able to take part. We are committed to creating inclusive spaces, experiences and workplaces where people of all backgrounds, abilities and identities can connect with nature and with each other. We actively work to remove barriers to access, listen to diverse voices, and ensure our decisions reflect fairness, respect and care for people and the environment. We believe that a more inclusive organisation is essential to creating a healthier, more sustainable future for nature and communities alike.
