Easy Housing Association (EHA) is a progressive, mission-driven Registered Social Landlord (RSL), committed to delivering safe, secure, and affordable homes for those who need them most.
The Company’s head office is based in Birmingham and has an office in London. Both premises are leasehold. The Company provides accommodation across three locations in Birmingham, Coventry and London is also a registered charity.
16 employees, along with relationships with several managing agents.
The Company has 390 rooms in its portfolio of which 8 are currently unoccupied.
The assets available for sale include on-going leases with tenants, office furniture, computer equipment, goodwill, cash at bank and 2 leasehold premises.

A registered provider of housing and housing related support in both Birmingham and London.
Key Support
The Company provides support services such as supported accommodation, Tailored advice, support that create stability, opportunity, training, access to resources and opportunities that improve quality of life for vulnerable individuals and better outcomes.
We also manage move-on accommodation that supports independence until permanent housing is secured.
Memberships
The Company is a member of both the Housing Ombudsman Service and the Housing Federation.
