Who we are

Emerging Leaders is an international charity, with a UK governance base, that works to release the potential of those who find themselves on the margins of society so they can lead themselves out of poverty. Our aim is to transform mindsets by running innovative training programmes in multiple settings around the world, to empower people with transferable life leadership skills, financial literacy skills and the ability to identify projects or goals they want to achieve. We then help them design and plan those goals or projects so they can implement them and become the heroes of their own story.

Our reach and impact is expanding globally and whilst much of our field work is focused in Africa, Asia and Latin America, our organisational oversight, charity governance and finance control is based in the UK.

Our culture and values

Whether it is gender equality, climate crisis, sustainable supply chains, human rights or community transformation; every adult, child & young person needs the motivation, mindsets, and skills to lead themselves and others to be change-makers.
