About us
Who we are
Enact Equality is a UK-based non-profit organisation working to advance racial justice and equality at a national level. Our work is focused on shaping law, policy, and institutional practice, with the aim of delivering meaningful and lasting change.
We work closely with parliamentarians, policymakers, sector experts, and high-profile public figures to inform decision-making and influence the development of policy at the highest levels. Our approach brings together rigorous research, lived experience, and strategic advocacy to ensure that issues of racial justice are reflected in legislation and public policy.
Enact Equality is known for operating with credibility, precision, and purpose. We place a strong emphasis on high-quality analysis, effective political engagement, and delivery, ensuring that our work contributes directly to policy outcomes rather than remaining theoretical.
As a growing organisation, we offer a collaborative and ambitious working environment, with opportunities to contribute to nationally significant work and engage directly with senior decision-makers. We are particularly keen to hear from candidates who are motivated by impact, value excellence in their work, and want to play a meaningful role in shaping law and policy in the UK.
Our culture and values
We are a non-profit organisation working to advance racial justice and equality in the UK
Our fundamental aim is to build an anti-racist movement made up of businesses, brands, celebrities and organisations, whilst also creating a cross-party alliance of politicians at local, national and government level.
Working with some of the UK’s most renowned leaders, Enact Equality launched the All-Party Parliamentary Group (APPG) for Race Equality in Education in 2021. The APPG is now one of the biggest groups across both the UK House of Commons and the UK House of Lords.
