About us
Who we are
At it’s Core ESS Education and Support Services provides bespoke educational packages for vulnerable young people who are at risk of disengaging from mainstream education, or not in mainstream education, training or employment.
There is a growing number of learners in the South West who have disengaged from education because mainstream schools are struggling to meet their individual needs.
This has a large impact on both the learner and their families, as they often haven't attended any form of education in a number of years. ESS aims to provide an education that meets the individual needs and aspirations of each learner and support them into re-engaging with mainstream education, further education or employment.
ESS Education and Support Services also provide adult learning opportunities through a number of workshops designed to help individuals and families. These workshops are designed to help support mental health, functional skills, and employment opportunities.
ESS Education and Support Services also gives back to and supports the community through our Community Hub located at The Bluebell Café in Langport, Somerset. The Hub serves to provide a social and safe space for the local community. It also serves as a safe and supported environment for learners to gain some practical work experience.
