Who we are

At FARE we are rooted in a belief that every person and every community deserve the opportunity to flourish. Our mission is simple yet powerful: to improve the lives of those we serve. We work hand-in-hand with communities to reduce poverty, improve health and wellbeing, and open doors to education, training and employment. Through Scottish Qualifications Authority accredited courses, personal development programs, our community allotment and much more, we empower people to take steps toward a brighter future. 

But more than that, we build connection. We create trusted, caring spaces where ideas grow, relationships flourish,and people feel empowered to shape the future in their community. We're driven by grassroots action, and while our aims align with local and national priorities, our heart is firmly in the hands of communities we stand alongside.
