Give as you Live's suite of fundraising technologies enable ordinary people to do extraordinary things. We aim to make fundraising effortless so that changemakers around the country can strive for big impact.
Our platform provides innovative fundraising solutions to charities across the UK. Put simply, we build tools that empower fundraisers, nonprofits, and donors – making giving easier, smarter, and more accessible.

1.We are honest and respectful
• We understand the importance of honesty with our colleagues, an honest approach builds strong trust and respect within our working relationships. Be clear and honest yet sensitive and supportive.
• Honesty: It’s why we are able to hold open conversations about cross functional process, good ideas and bad ideas without making it personal.
• Respectful: It’s why we can ask each other questions no matter how silly we think they may be, we don’t feel judged, we feel supported and respected.
2. We are self motivated and accountable
• Ability to work through real issues together, a real issue is any issue that affects the teams ability to achieve its purpose. Most teams work hard not to talk about these issues. Accountable teams do.
• Self motivation: It’s why we’ve been able to work so strongly as a team and continue to deliver results throughout a year of uncertainty, bedroom offices and mental health challenges.
• Accountability: It’s why the business continues to run everyday, we are clear on our accountabilities across the team and within individual departments.
3. We encourage collaboration
• Youu can get what you want by helping others get what they want! A good assist can be more satisfying than getting a goal…
• Collaboration: It’s why we hold team meetings, debates and everyones input is valid and always valued. It’s why we have the best ideas together like the donation reminder, gaming, enhancing processes, campaign pages etc. We would not have made this work without collaboration.
4. We strive for growth
• Prioritise tasks that link to growth for the business, if the business grows and suceeds, so will you!
• Growth: It’s your prioritisation of work and awareness of what will make a difference to the numbers that sees us continuing to strive for growth. Its why when a decision is made that is not in line with your recommendation, you move on. Don’t take it personally, it does not reflect negatively on the value of your input.
Remember - sometimes a wrong decision produces a better outcome than no decision at all!
5. We share our fate!
• Pressure situations, difficult conversations a shared set of values, deadlines and doing meaningful work all create a shared fate.
• We all have small individual successes but we all have big wins and fails as a team. We all have a common accountability to make the business a success. Successes or failures, we share our fate!
