Who we are
The Global Leadership Foundation is a global network of former senior governmental leaders offering experience to share privately and discreetly with current heads of govrrnment in order to promote efficient public administration of government and public services for the public benefit by educating and developing leaders of government anywhere throughout the world.
Our culture and values
GLF's core principles are discretion, trust, integrity, neutrality and independence. GLF works only at the invitation of the head of government and entirely confidentially to help leaders make better decisions in the interests of thier people.
Equality, diversity and inclusion policy
GLF's Secretariat comprises 4 people: one British, one Indian, one French and one South African. One is female and 3 are male. The Foundation aims to help leaders from every region, religion, race and gender, and works hard to practice the same.
