About us
Who we are
Guy’s Gift supports children, young people and families in Coventry and Warwickshire who are experiencing bereavement, loss and change. Our work is rooted in compassion, understanding and the belief that every child deserves support during difficult times.
We provide a range of services designed to help children and young people process their experiences in a safe and supportive environment. Our approach is centred on building resilience, promoting wellbeing and ensuring families feel listened to and supported.
We are a small, dedicated team working closely with a valued network of volunteers who play a vital role in delivering our services. We aim to create a supportive and inclusive working environment where staff and volunteers feel respected, valued and connected to our mission.
At Guy’s Gift, we are committed to safeguarding, equality and inclusion, and to making a positive difference in the lives of the children and families we support.

At Guy’s Gift, our work is guided by compassion, respect and a commitment to supporting children, young people and families through some of the most difficult times in their lives. We aim to create a supportive and inclusive environment where everyone feels valued, listened to and able to contribute.
As a small team, we work collaboratively and flexibly, supporting one another and recognising the importance of wellbeing in the work we do. We value kindness, open communication and a shared sense of purpose, and we strive to ensure that staff and volunteers feel connected to our mission.
We are committed to safeguarding, equality and inclusion in everything we do, and we believe that diversity of experience and perspective strengthens our organisation and the support we provide.
