Who we are

Hartlepool Foodbank has been making a difference to people in need for over a decade. Partnering with Trussell, we support people experiencing food insecurity, providing emergency food support, signposting to financial inclusion and working towards a future where foodbanks are not needed.

Our culture and values

Founded by Churches Together, our core beliefs are guided by our christian values. We are inclusive, welcoming and a close knit small agile charity that is an essential part of our community. We work on a voucher system, ensuring people in need get the support they need while also signposting them to additional services, agencies and sources of support so they do not need to continue to rely on the foodbank in future.
