We focus on supporting people into training, volunteering, education or employment through 1-to-1 support work and volunteering opportunities within our organisation.
At Hillside, you can develop your practical, professional and social skills through volunteering as a valuable member of our team. Our members say that they love the sense of community, agency and achievement that being part of Hillside brings.
We have a range of volunteering opportunities, from creative projects to catering, website design to admin. These take place in a psychologically informed environment and are facilitated in a way to help people build confidence, skills and a sense of purpose.
We also offer specialist employment support via our IPS and Information, Advice & Guidance teams. Our support is tailored to your needs and focuses on getting you in to stable, long term employment that aligns with your health condition.
