ImpactEd Group

Who we are

ImpactEd Group helps its partners to be consistently impactful and operationally sustainable, and aims to be the first port of call for leaders across the education system. Founded in 2017, we have worked with thousands of schools and hundreds of organisations, serving hundreds of thousands of pupils. In 2025 we became the country's first employee-owned education consultancy. The Group is majority owned on behalf of its employees through an Employee Ownership Trust and governed by a Group Board and an EOT Trustee Board, with an Employee Voice Board that brings colleagues' views into how the business is run. We operate through two practices, ImpactEd Evaluation and ImpactEd Consulting, supported by a central Group Services, and cross-practice working is a normal part of how we deliver.

We meet people where they are

• We bring support directly to our partners and colleagues, seeking to understand their needs and adapt to their circumstances. That means listening with curiosity and expertise, and sometimes challenging constructively. We start by seeking to understand, extending the most generous interpretation to others' words and actions.

We own the next step

• We take responsibility for keeping things moving: sending the invitation, writing the notes, managing the logistics. Everyone, whatever their role, takes ownership of the tasks that drive progress. This bias to action is balanced with a focus on quality and sustainability, and reflects our stake as owners of the business.

We are radiators

• We bring warmth and energy, focusing on what is good and what is possible. We take the time to understand challenges, but prefer solutions to dwelling on problems, and we help colleagues and partners move towards resolution with calm and purpose.
