Who we are

We are Inflammatory Neuropathies UK, the only UK charity which is completely dedicated to providing information and support to people impacted by Guillain-Barré Syndrome (GBS), CIDP, MMN, and other Inflammatory Neuropathies. These are rare, but life altering autoimmune conditions.

We offer support, personal grants, local groups, online forums, and much more. We can support you through a community of people who have experienced the same things as you, so you can help each other. We raise funds for research, and even carry out some social research ourselves. We work right across the UK.

Inflammatory Neuropathies UK are here for those who have one of these conditions, for those supporting a friend or a family member, for medical professionals, and for those who would like to help by raising funds.

Our culture and values

We are a progressive, forward thinking, flexible charity. We put people at the centre of everything we do, ensuring we provide effective and impactful support for people impacted by life changing health conditions. We look after our staff and volunteers, providing flexible working, development opportunities, and the chance to make a real difference. We are a small but high functioning and effective team, building on years of impact, with a new and dynamic push for growth and improvement.
