Many of our clients have worked with us on multiple campaigns from Chief Executive and Trustee positions through to fundraisers, finance, HR, marketing and support staff, which we believe demonstrates our ability to match the right candidates to the right roles time and again.

Our culture and values
At Langton, our culture is built on integrity, collaboration, and a genuine commitment to the organisations we support. As a small, specialist agency, we take a highly personal and relationship-led approach, working closely with each client to truly understand their mission, values, and strategic needs. We value honesty, responsiveness, and delivering on our word, and we pride ourselves on offering thoughtful, tailored advice rather than a one-size-fits-all service. With over 20 years’ experience supporting charities, our ethos remains simple: to act as a trusted partner, adding real value and helping organisations build strong, effective boards that can drive meaningful impact.
Equality, diversity and inclusion policy
Our Commitment to Equal Opportunities and Diversity
Langton N4P believe that equality and diversity in the workplace is socially, morally and ethically desirable.
We value diversity and endeavour to treat all colleagues, clients and candidates with respect at all times. All employees are encouraged to embrace diversity and support any initiatives taken by the company in this area.
As an employer and recruitment consultancy, we will at all times ensure that we do not discriminate against any job applicant or employee on the basis of sex, sexual orientation, marital status, civil partnership status, ethnic origin, race, religion or belief, colour, nationality, disability or age.
In line with best practise we ensure that our applicant attraction methods do not discriminate and attract a diverse applicant pool, applicants are then selected on the basis of their skills, abilities, experience and potential.
Unless instructed by our clients we do not adopt a recruitment process of positive discrimination, where a client has a need to address diversity imbalance in their organisation we can work with them on the most suitable methods to address this.
Age Discrimination
Following the implementation of the Equality Act in 2010, Langton has ensured that all current and new consultants are made aware of its implications through training and monitoring of their work. This has included changes to the registration process, a fully compliant database and ensuring that our advertising does not contravene the legislation.
