Who we are

Love Support Unite Foundation helps communities in Malawi become self-sufficient and food secure through sustainable development projects. 

The Foundations for The Future model, incorporating the UN Global Goals, has led to the development of projects such as the Sustainable School, and Sustainable Famine Relief. LSU aims to lead by example, making lasting & sustainable change.

Projects integrate education, healthcare, permaculture, and sustainable infrastructure. Initiatives include adult vocational & business training, mother-baby wellbeing, health services, and Tilinanu Orphanage.

To date, LSU has built and sustained Tilinanu Orphanage, delivered free healthcare to over 70,000 people, installed bore-holes, built a vocational training centre, runs adult literacy classes, baby massage classes, and has contributed 1000’s of kg’s of donations of clothes, school equipment, uniform and toys. 

The Sustainable School
LSU has built 3 school blocks, 5 teacher houses, a toilet block, and a kitchen at Mkunkhu School, where the school land now feeds all 450 pupils daily. 

Sustainable Famine Relief
LSU has trained carers of 10 vulnerable families in business and permaculture, providing a 0% microloan, to enable them to cultivate their land sustainably, ensuring they survive future 'hungry seasons', whilst providing immediate relief.
