About us
Who we are
MCKS Charitable Foundation UK is a registered charity dedicated to alleviating suffering and strengthening communities through practical, compassionate support.
Working in partnership with schools, community organisations and supporters across the UK, the charity delivers structured programmes that help address food insecurity and hardship among children and families.
Our flagship programme supports schools through food and pantry provision that helps ensure children have access to the nutrition they need to learn, develop and thrive. Alongside this work, the charity supports wider community initiatives that provide assistance to people facing difficult circumstances.
Founded in honour of Master Choa Kok Sui, an internationally recognised humanitarian and spiritual teacher, the charity continues his legacy of compassionate service by supporting communities in practical and measurable ways.
As the organisation enters its next stage of growth, MCKS Charitable Foundation is expanding its reach and developing new partnerships to increase its impact across the UK and Ireland.
Our culture and values
Our work is guided by the principles of compassion, integrity and practical service.
At MCKS Charitable Foundation, we believe that meaningful change happens when communities work together. We are a collaborative organisation that values initiative, creativity and a shared commitment to improving the lives of others.
As we grow, we are building a culture that combines the heart of a community organisation with the structure and professionalism needed to deliver sustainable, measurable impact.
Our work is delivered through four guiding pillars:
Meals – ensuring children and families have access to essential food support
Community – building strong partnerships with schools and local organisations
Kindness – responding with compassion to those facing hardship
Support – providing practical help that strengthens resilience and opportunity
Equality, diversity and inclusion policy
MCKS Charitable Foundation is committed to creating an inclusive organisation where everyone is treated with dignity and respect.
We welcome applications from people of all backgrounds, identities and experiences and believe that diversity strengthens our organisation and the communities we serve.
Our programmes are delivered without discrimination and aim to support individuals and families regardless of cultural, social or religious background. We are committed to creating an environment where staff, volunteers and partners feel valued and empowered to contribute.
