About us
Who we are
Vision
We exist so that every young person feels empowered to speak about their mental in school.
Mission
To equip young people at school, and within the community, with the knowledge, confidence and skills to address their mental health needs.
Our culture and values
At Mind of the Student, our culture is built on empathy, empowerment, and collaboration. Born from lived experience, we champion open conversations about mental health, giving young people the tools and confidence to speak up and seek support. We work with schools, students, and communities to raise awareness, educate, and create lasting impact, ensuring wellbeing is at the heart of school life.
Equality, diversity and inclusion policy
We welcome applications from everyone, regardless of background, identity, or experience. No applicant or employee will receive less favourable treatment on the grounds of gender, race, disability, sexual orientation, religion, belief, age, marital status, or caring responsibilities. We particularly value diversity of thought, and we actively welcome neurodivergent applicants - including those who are autistic, dyslexic, have ADHD, or are neurodivergent in other ways.
