About us
Who we are
The National Sheep Association (NSA) exists to champion a strong, resilient and respected UK sheep sector, today and for generations to come.
We believe sheep farming plays a vital role in the UK’s food system, landscapes, rural economies and cultural heritage. At a time of rapid change in agriculture, land use and environmental policy, we work to ensure sheep and those who keep them are understood, valued and fairly represented.
Through evidence-based policy, trusted networks and practical support, we strive to secure meaningful, long-term progress for sheep farming across all four nations of the UK.
