We put the people we support at the heart of what we do, delivering personalised care that responds to each client individually, respecting and encouraging their independence
Our carers aim to build trusting, friendly, professional relationships with the clients we work with offering them a choice about how their care is delivered. Building relationships of trust between Carers and clients is of utmost importance to us, and our staff treat clients with dignity and respect at all times.
Our care is regulated by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), the regulator for social care in England who set standards that we must meet. They ensure the health and social care provided is safe, effective, responsive, caring and well-led. In 2017 NEDCare was inspected by the CQC and was rated “good” across all areas, and in 2021 the CQC confirmed that this rating has been maintained.
