Who we are
Mental health issues are a widespread concern throughout the UK, statically 4.7 in 100 people suffer with Anxiety, 2.6 in 100 people suffer with phobias, 1.3 in 100 people suffer with OCD, 1.2 in 100 people suffer with a form of panic disorder, 3 in 100 people suffer from PTSD and 1.6 in 100 people suffer with an eating disorder.

No Panic is a national organisation and provides support to many individuals on a daily basis we aim to offer relief and rehabilitation, for those suffering from Phobias, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder and other related Anxiety Disorders, in order to do this we offer a range of support services.
We currently have 55 Helpline volunteeers and are always looking for more! we provide support to all our volunteers and full training. Through us they are able to enhance their CV and experience in their chosen field.
We value all our volunteers and appreciate them dedecating their time to No Panic.
Through the charity we aim to support as many sufferers as possible, their families and carers. we also strive to spread awareness and remove the stigma surrounding anxiety disorders.
