About us

Who we are

We are a not-for-profit recruitment and executive search partner specialising exclusively in the UK charity sector.

Our purpose is simple: to help charities recruit high-performing fundraising professionals in a way that is ethical, transparent and impact-led — not driven by commission or deal-making.

Because we are not profit-driven, candidates are never “sold” into roles to make a fee. Instead, we focus on long-term fit, values alignment and sustainable impact — for both charities and the people who work within them.

We work with charities across the UK to help them recruit fundraising talent quickly, reliably and affordably, with a particular focus on community, corporate, major gifts and senior fundraising leadership roles.

Our founder brings 27 years’ experience recruiting across marketing, digital and creative disciplines, working with organisations of all sizes. Over time, it became clear that the most meaningful and impactful work was within the charity sector — supporting local and national causes doing vital work in communities.

Following a personal health journey and a reassessment of what truly matters, the decision was made to focus entirely on impact-led recruitment. Today, all our work is dedicated to supporting charities to build resilient fundraising teams that can deliver long-term, unrestricted income and lasting social impact.

We believe recruitment in the charity sector should be:

  • values-led, not volume-driven

  • fair, transparent and human

  • accessible to charities of all sizes

  • focused on impact, not just appointments

That belief underpins everything we do.

Our culture and values

Our culture is built around impact, integrity and fairness.

As a not-for-profit recruitment organisation, our decisions are guided by outcomes — not revenue targets.

We exist to support charities to do their best work by helping them appoint the right people, in the right roles, for the right reasons.

Impact over Income

We are motivated by social impact, not fees.
This means we prioritise long-term outcomes, organisational health and mission alignment over speed or volume. Success for us is measured by retention, performance and positive impact, not placements alone.

Integrity and Trust

We act with honesty, transparency and professionalism in every interaction.
Candidates are never pressured into roles, and clients receive clear, evidence-based advice — even when that means challenging assumptions or slowing a process to get it right.

Fairness and Inclusion

We believe fair recruitment leads to stronger charities.
We are committed to equality, diversity and inclusion and actively work to reduce bias in recruitment processes. We treat everyone with dignity and respect and assess candidates on skills, experience and potential.

Partnership, Not Transaction

We work alongside charities as a trusted partner, not a supplier.
Our approach is collaborative, pragmatic and grounded in a deep understanding of fundraising and the charity landscape. We aim to be accessible to charities of all sizes and stages.

Care for People

We recognise recruitment affects real people and real livelihoods.

Our culture is human, supportive and thoughtful — shaped by lived experience and an understanding that values matter as much as outcomes.

Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Statement

We are committed to promoting equality, diversity and inclusion in everything we do.

As a recruitment and executive search specialist working with charities and not-for-profit organisations, we recognise the role we play in shaping fair access to opportunity and building representative leadership.

We aim to:

  • promote inclusive and accessible recruitment practices

  • support clients to build diverse and representative teams

  • ensure recruitment decisions are fair, transparent and evidence-based
